In this video on the PipeDrive CRM, we will talk about activities, specifically the “Propose Times” feature in PipeDrive CRM.
A very handy feature where you will be able to offer several appointment dates & times to your prospect/client.
They will receive the proposals directly by email and will only have to choose the slot that suits them.
As soon as the person has chosen a time you will receive a notification and an activity will be created on your PipeDrive calendar.
In Pipedrive we have basically 2 types of Propose Times. These types will function differently depending on your needs.
You can create a single-use of proposed time, and a general one to use over and over the same proposed times.
1. General Availability
That’s where you can create multiple types of appointments. You can create, for example, a “discovery call” availability. Then set up a 15 min duration for this availability and an activity type such as “video call” or whatever suits your business.
It’s a very versatile option because you can control the duration of the proposed time and how long it will go for.
You can also copy and paste the times proposed to other days of the week.
Once you have them created, you can insert them directly into an email via a link
2. Specific Times
As it says, here we can create specific times to propose to a contact.
It’s a great way to offer times right after your contact says that they want to hear more from you, or need to schedule a time on another day, so you propose the times you’re available, once or multiple times.
Overall those two options combined will do a lot for you and your business. It helps increase productivity because you will have a single point where you book your appointments avoiding double-bookings in your calendar.
