In this video on the PipeDrive CRM, we will talk about filters, specifically how to create custom filters and where we can export filter results from Pipedrive CRM.
Filters are a very functional tool in Pipedrive, allowing us to quickly see specific information delivering fast results across the whole team.
Creating custom filters / editing filters.
Here you can see how to create multiple filters based on conditions.
Let’s say I want to search for all deals I have in my Pipeline where the label is “implementation”;
By adding a simple condition to my filter, I quickly achieve the result I want.
From this moment on, I can then add more criteria to my filter to narrow down the information displayed or leave it as it is, the choice is yours.
Once the filter is created, you can insert them directly into your favourites and also be able to share the visibility with the whole company.
Going even further, once your filter is saved, you can have the option to save columns with it.
It means that you can select a particular custom object that is related to the categories available in your filter (like fields from contacts or organisations).
Then display them only to this filter, making it even more customized! Great right?!
Export filter results
One great feature in Pipedrive is the possibility to export the results of your filter.
Just head to the section next to the filter’s title and click export filter results. You will have your data in excel in no time.
Also, filters are everywhere in Pipedrive. Just head to the contacts page or activities page as an example, and you will be able to do exactly the same thing we just did over the deals page.
